Born and raised Clevelander, I am passionate about our town as well as the four legged friends that live with us. I grew up in Solon and attended Solon City Schools. After grade school, I attended The Ohio State University and achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Fisher School of Business as well as a minor in Spanish. I spend my free time participating in group fitness classes, volunteering with my sorority at John Carroll University, traveling to visit friends, and exploring all the new places downtown Cleveland has to offer.

After college, I returned to Cleveland to pursue a career banking. I spent time working the front line with clients in the branches and then moved on to support a tactical team for a business merger. I rounded up my banking career in a direct marketing role. Outside of my professional career, I’ve spent ten years working retail for a local outdoor sporting company.

Being the daughter of a dog trainer and breeder, I developed a deep understanding for what it takes to care for a dog and what they mean to families. I found that just like my mom, my passion for animals was something I wanted to build a career on. I am now aproud dog-mom to a Pomeranian, Bandit, and a Golden Retriever, Tequila (Tiki for short).

After living downtown for three years, I noticed the need for a place to exercise your dog(s) when the weather turns; which, let’s be honest is the majority of the year in Cleveland! This is when we began exploring the idea of an indoor dog park so that owners could play with their dogs in a safe, temperature controlled facility as well as socialize with other dog owners. From creating a dog social group through MeetUp to discussing the idea with Amy’s clients, and surveying downtown apartment complexes, we found that we weren’t alone in this sentiment.
